Answer: No. The electronystagmography codes in the Vestibular Function Tests subsection (92541-92547) represent testing accomplished while the patient is wearing skin surface electro-oculography (EOG) electrodes that monitor eye position. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to report code 92270, Electro-oculography with interpretation and report, to describe saccadic testing during electronystagmography (ENG) testing.
