When a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedure is performed (codes 33361-33366), is it appropriate to separately report cardiac catheterization with aortogram, if the surgeon is concerned with the seating of the aortic valve after the aortic valve implantationis are implanted and the procedure is performed at the time of the aortic valve placement?
