Question: Is there a way to bill out for Class 4 deep tissue hot laser treatments?
Answer: Yes, you will have to bill 97039 (unlisted modality). This code should be accompanied by a report to explain the service. Unfortunately, there is not a more specific code for the class IV laser, and unlisted codes are rarely payable
