International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics, 11th Revision, v2024-01

A condition of the newborn characterised by a gestational period that reached or exceeded 42 completed weeks (294 days or more) of gestation.

• Postmaturity syndrome  (KA22.3)

When both birth weight and gestational age are available, priority of assignment should be given to birth weight.
