DC80.0 Diverticulitis of large intestine with complication International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics, 11th Revision, v2024-01 This develops from diverticulosis, which involves the formation of pouches (diverticula) on the outside of the colon and results if one or some of these diverticula becomes inflamed, of the large intestine with complication.
