The advanced activities score has a 25-point maximum and is the sum of the scores for how bothersome the knee is when climbing ladder or step stool (5 point maximum), carrying a bag for one block (5 point maximum), squatting (5 point maximum), kneeling (5 point maximum), and running (5 point maximum).
