name | ADHD hyperactive symptoms mean score percent difference [Calculated]
description | This term represents the percent change in the mean ADHD hyperactive symptoms score over time. It was created for, but is not limited in use to, the NCQA "ADHD: Symptom Reduction in Follow-up Period" eMeasure (eMeasure ID 400). Based on the calculation method as defined in the eMeasure, positive percent change over time indicates a decrease in symptoms, and negative percent change indicates an increase in symptoms. The percent difference is calculated as follows: 1) Subtract the mean hyperactive score at follow-up from the mean score at baseline; 2) Divide the result of the first step by the mean hyperactive score at baseline; and 3) Multiply the result of the second step by 100 to get the percent change.
