DESCRIPTION: Percentage of patients aged 6 - 18 years with a diagnosis of flat foot who had an encounter and treatment for flexible flat foot in the past year INSTRUCTIONS: This measure is to be reported a minimum of once per reporting period for eligible patients with a diagnosis of flat foot seen during the reporting period. Documentation of flat foot in patients to have appropriate foot and ankle care to ensure the treatment is appropriate based upon the age of the patient. Measure Reporting via Registry: ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, CPT codes, and patient demographics are used to identify patients who are included in the measure’s denominator. The listed numerator options are used to report the numerator of the measure.
