Percentage of patients aged 18 years and older undergoing index spine therapy (-ies) who completed baseline and 3-month follow-up (patient-reported) functional outcome assessment, with at least 10% improvement in the functional status scaled score from the baseline. This measure will be calculated with 2 performance rates: Rate 1: Patient population with Follow-up/Patient population with baseline Rate 2: Patient population with improvement in functional status after Follow-up/Patient population with Follow-up.
