Additions and deletions to 2005 ambulatory surgical center (ASC) HCPCS
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has updated the ASC HCPCS codes list to reflect ASC procedures added and deleted from the Medicare-approved ASC procedures list, as outlined in an interim final rule in the May 4, 2005 Federal Register (70 CFR 23690).
