Arthroscopic debridement of a knee cyclops lesion

A patient with a previous anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and subsequent reconstruction is experiencing lack of full extension of the left knee. The patient now presents for debridement of a cyclops lesion. A local knee block was administered, and anteromedial and anterolateral portals were made, and a 4 mm scope was entered into the joint. Examination revealed in the notch a large cyclops lesion. The lesion was removed via debridement with a shaver and followed by surface energy at a setting of 26 to remove the cyclops lesion. The ACL and knee compartments looked good.Would CPT code 29875 or 29999 be the appropriate code to report for the arthroscopic debridement of a cyclops lesion of the knee? ...
