Arthroscopic remplissage procedure

A patient was seen at our facility for an arthroscopic anterior capsulolabral repair and an arthroscopic remplissage and rotator cuff repair. We were instructed that the arthroscopic remplissage procedure was equivalent to an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and should be assigned CPT code 29827.
