The Central Office on HCPCS has received questions regarding how to correctly report cardiovascular monitoring services which include: Holter monitoring, mobile cardiovascular telemetry, and event recording. Some facilities are uncertain which CPT codes are more appropriate to report for the services performed at their facilities.
