Clarification: Correct reporting for HCPCS Level II code J0702

Clarification is needed regarding previous advice on how to correctly report six (6) mg of HCPCS code J0702, Injection, betamethasone acetate 3 mg and betamethasone sodium phosphate 3 mg, for Celestone®. There is information advising to report one (1) unit as the code has 3 mg of each substance. There is also information advising to report two (2) units to arrive at 6 mg. It is understood that units of drugs are reported based on the way the drug is administered and not on the way the drug is packaged, stored, or stocked.
