CMS implements four CPT CATEGORY III codes

As of July 1, 2009, four new Category III CPT codes have been implemented by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Following are the four CPT codes and their corresponding code descriptors. See Table 3. Table 3.
