Do the existing HCPCS Level II codes G0204, Diagnostic mammography, producing direct digital image, bilateral, all views, and G0206, Diagnostic mammography, producing direct digital image, unilateral, all views, apply to contrast enhanced spectral mammography? If so, would CPT code 96374, Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection (specify substance or drug); intravenous push, single or initial substance/drug, also be reported representing the intravenous injection of contrast?
