Intravascular coronary lithotripsy

During a right heart catheterization and selective right and left coronary angiography, calcified stenosis of the right coronary artery (RCA) ostium was found. A guiding catheter was inserted followed by a wire to the distal RCA; the calcified plaque was treated with percutaneous intravascular lithotripsy balloon for 70 pulses. Expanding angioplasty was performed followed by deployment of a drug-eluting stent across the ostium. The parenthetical note located at add-on code 0715T, includes a listing of codes that would be reported as the primary procedure along with code 0715T. Is it appropriate to report the lithotripsy code 0715T with HCPCS Level II codes in range C9600-C9608, (percutaneous coronary intervention), even though the HCPCS codes are not included in the parenthetical? How is the lithotripsy and stent insertion reported for this case? ...
