Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy
This patient had a supracervical hysterectomy several years ago and is now coming in for a laparoscopic sacrocervicopexy, which is the same as a sacrocolpopexy (CPT code 57425) except that the cervix is being fixed to the sacral promontory rather than the vaginal apex since the cervix remains in place.
