Martius flap graft

A patient with urethral diverticulum presented for excision of the diverticulum with rotation of Martius flap. The diverticulum was excised from the urethra resulting in a defect in the ventral aspect of the urethra. This was over sewn and a longitudinal incision was made in the left labia. Fatty tissue was dissected medially and laterally to define a flap which could be rotated medially. A passage was created below the vaginal mucosa on the left side.
