Please note the following correction in the third quarter 2008 issue of Coding Clinic for HCPCS. The continuation headers for the lead article, “Modifier 59 defined” (pages 2, 3 and 4), are incorrect. Instead of “Modifier 52 defined,” the continuation headers should read “Modifer 59 defined.” ...
