Mosaic wart with Panacos graft
A patient with long standing recalcitrant warts on both feet and hands is seen at our facility because the warts are becoming more painful. An excision of a large mosaic wart on the plantar aspect of the great toe was performed with wart material sutured into the muscle. Would this procedure be appropriately coded as an excision of lesion or destruction of warts? What would the CPT code assignment be for the Panacos graft (wart material sutured into the muscle) performed?
