The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) normally posts changes to each of its NCCI Procedure-to Procedure published edit files on a quarterly basis. These changes include additions, deletions, and modifier indicator changes to PTP column one/column two correct coding edits and the PTP mutually exclusive code edits for Practitioners and Hospital Outpatient PPS.
