An 18-month-old patient presents with a brachial plexus birth palsy. Based on other symptoms the patient presents for nerve transfer surgery to improve elbow flexion and shoulder function. Neuroplasty was performed on multiple nerves, which included transposition and also the use of sutures, Integra or the actual nerve as a conduit for repair.
