New HCPCS J codes

There were a few new HCPCS J codes created for certain drugs which became effective for reporting purposes January 1, 2015. HCPCS J codes include drugs that ordinarily cannot be self-administered, chemotherapy drugs, immunosuppressive drugs, inhalation solutions, and other miscellaneous drugs and solutions.
