New telehealth home health services HCPCS Level II codes

Three new G-codes were created for the purpose of reporting home health services using telecommunications technology. These codes may be reported for home health services on a voluntary basis effective January 1, 2023. However, effective July 1, 2023, the new telecommunication G-codes for home health services will be required when reporting home health services provided by telehealth/telecommunications technology.
