The injury involved the nasal tip, nasal columella, through-and-through cartilage, and soft triangle of the nose, as well as the intranasal mucosa. The patient is now scheduled to undergo reconstruction of the nasal tip defect with tissue rearrangement and placement of Integra dressing on the nasal tip defect.
