A patient was seen at our facility and underwent a robot-assisted total abdominal hysterectomy, with a cystoscopy. The cystoscopy was performed with indigo dye to verify that there hadn’t been an injury to the urinary system. Would it be appropriate in this case to assign a code for the cystoscopy?
