Subchondroplasty

Patient with tibial plateau insufficiency fractures presents for treatment. Bilateral knee arthroscopic debridement/shaving of the medial femoral condyle, patella and synovial thickening was performed. Excess fluid was removed from both knees. A needle for the subchondroplasty was inserted under fluoroscopic guidance into the tibial plateau insufficiency fracture and a calcium phosphate cement was injected into both knees. This substance was allowed to set so the trocars could be successfully removed. The patient tolerated the procedure well and the incisions were closed. What is the appropriate CPT code for the subchondroplasty? Would the subchondroplasty be inherent to the other procedures performed and not separately reported? ...
