Added Approach Values

In the Medical and Surgical Section, existing approach values have been added to many root operation tables to capture additional detail. Highlights of these changes and selected examples are provided below. Percutaneous Heart Valve Procedures The approach value “3” Percutaneous has been added for the tricuspid valve body part to code table 02R Heart and Great Vessels, Replacement, as well as to code table 02W Heart and Great Vessels, Revision, for all heart valve body part values.
