Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Revision using Autograft with Anterolateral Ligament Reconstruction

The patient is a 17-year-old male, who had previously undergone anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. He developed a complication of torn ACL graft and underwent further arthroscopic ACL revision with hamstring autograft and anterolateral ligament reconstruction. Two hamstring tendon grafts were harvested from the right extremity. The right knee was entered arthroscopically. The previous graft was removed and hamstring graft was placed. Next, anterolateral ligament (ALL) reconstruction was achieved by making a small incision over the lateral epicondyle, placing a guidewire, tunneling semitendinosus graft under the skin, and placing screws at the graft.
