Bilateral Cuboid Osteotomy for Repair of Congenital Talipes Equinovarus
The patient was seen for repair of congenital talipes equinovarus. During surgery, an incision was made directly over the left cuboid. A closing wedge osteotomy with decancellation of the cuboid was performed to abduct the foot to a more neutral position. Wires were placed to hold it in position.
