Code Set Freeze

Due to the partial code set freeze in preparation for ICD-10-CM/PCS implementation, there are no new or revised ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes, or ICD-9-CM changes to the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting for Fiscal Year 2013.
