Dental Code Expansions

Effective October 1, 2006, changes have been made to the dental codes including 26 new codes. The changes include new codes for cracked tooth, unsatisfactory tooth restoration, and periradicular pathology associated with previous endodontic treatment. In addition, there is an expansion of the codes for gingivitis and periodontitis.
