Dissection of Artery Occurring During Coronary Intervention
This patient with known coronary artery disease (CAD) is admitted for percutaneous coronary intervention. The operative report states, “a kissing balloon angioplasty was also carried out due to plaque migration. This was associated with a small dissection in the native right coronary artery just distal to the stent.
