Endovascular Repair of Shaggy Aorta and Deployment of Chimney Stent Grafts
A patient presented to vascular surgery for treatment of shaggy aorta with evidence of atheroembolic sequelae to bilateral feet. The patient underwent endovascular thoracoabdominal aortic repair, with deployment of chimney stent grafts into the celiac, superior mesenteric and bilateral renal arteries. A left common femoral to right common femoral artery bypass graft was performed, with endarterectomies of the femoral arteries, and distal external iliac artery.
