A patient, status post right hemi-craniectomy, underwent a right hemi-cranioplasty to repair the cranial defect. In the process, two small dural rents were noted and repaired primarily. The cranial implant was secured in place. The area was irrigated, a head wrap was placed and the patient was transferred in stable condition.
