Insertion of Gastrostomy Tube

This patient is admitted for replacement of a gastrostomy tube. The tube was malfunctioning (continuously falling out) and was ultimately left out over a period of time. The gastrostomy stoma essentially closed off making it difficult to pass the feeding tube. The stoma was dilated to reopen and to allow insertion of the feeding tube. How is dilation of a gastrostomy stoma with the insertion of a gastrostomy feeding tube coded in ICD-10-PCS? Is the root operation “Repair” used as none of the other root operations appear to be appropriate?  ...
