Laser Lithotripsy with Removal of Fragments

A patient with right proximal ureteral calculi is admitted to undergo a laser lithotripsy. A rigid ureteroscope was negotiated up the right ureter to the stone. Using the Holmium laser, the stone was fragmented into multiple pieces, all of which were individually basketed.
