Reprint of Volumes 1 and 2 The National Center for Health Statistics will be reprinting Volumes 1 and 2 of ICD-9-CM with all addendum and errata published since the last printing, including those that will become effective on October 1, 1991. The manuals will be in three-ring binders to facilitate future updating. The revised edition will be available in late summer of 1991. Annual Addendum Updates In the future, the government agencies will not be publishing an addendum each fall, but will provide updated change pages on an annual subscription basis.
