April 2005 ICD-9-CM Coding Updates There were no code change proposals requesting an expedited April 2005 at the November 2004 ICD-9-CM Coordination and Maintenance (C&M) Committee meeting. There are no code changes for April 1, 2005 implementation. The 2005 scheduled meetings of the ICD-9-CM Coordination and Maintenance Committee meeting are as follows: March 31 – April 1, 2005 September 29-30, 2005 All C&M meetings are open to the general public.
