Coding Clinic, Fourth Quarter 2020, page 93, contained a typographical error. Modifications to the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting were published using the following format:Narrative changes appeared in bold text (e.g., a more definitive root operation). Items underlined were moved within the guidelines since October 1, 2020 (e.g., control of acute bleeding). Deletions were shown as strikeouts (e.g., any of the definitive root operations). Unfortunately, the strikeouts were inadvertently omitted.
