Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disease Associated with Streptococcal Infection
A 10-year-old girl was admitted for intravenous immunoglobulin infusion. The patient has pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disease associated with streptococcal infection (PANDAS), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), tics, and anxiety. There is no documentation of a current streptococcal infection.
