Propionic Acid Derivatives
At the request of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), effective October 1, 1998, code 965.6, Poisoning by antirheumatics, has been expanded to separately identify the drugs that are propionic acid derivatives. These drugs have become widely used since they became available as over-the-counter medications.
