A 19-month-old child was admitted for repair of severe subvalvar and valvar pulmonary stenosis, fenestrated secundum atrial septal defect and patent foramen ovale. A pulmonary valvotomy was performed with pulmonary valve debridement. An incision was performed on the main pulmonary artery.
