Repair of Pseudoaneurysm of Femoral-Popliteal Bypass Graft

The patient is a 65-year-old male with a history of chronic peripheral artery disease (PAD), who had previously undergone right femoral-popliteal bypass grafting using saphenous vein. One year after the bypass procedure, the patient presented with a totally occluded graft and underwent recanalization of the graft with balloon angioplasty and stent placement. He now presents with acute pain in the right lower extremity. CT angiography demonstrated a pseudoaneurysm from rupture of the right femoral popliteal bypass graft. The patient underwent endovascular repair. During the procedure, the rupture at the site of the previous bypass was repaired, and a stent graft was deployed inside the existing saphenous vein graft at the site of the pseudoaneurysm.
