Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty

A patient was admitted for right shoulder arthroplasty. A reverse total shoulder arthroplasty was performed, the rotator cuff was repaired, and the biceps tendon was tenodesed and secured with sutures. To achieve additional external rotation strength, the latissimus muscle was harvested and transferred around the humerus and secured to the greater tuberosity.
