In Tables 0RP, Removal of Upper Joints, and 0RW, Revision of Upper Joints, new qualifier values have been added to 6 Humeral Surface and 7 Glenoid Surface for the device value Synthetic Substitute to identify the revision and removal of components of partial shoulder arthroplasties. The change results in 28 new procedure codes.
