This patient was admitted to the hospital with ischemic cardiomyopathy and class III congestive heart failure symptoms. The patient has been complaining of significant fatigue over the last year. The patient underwent an electrophysiologic (EP) study, which was positive for inducible ventricular tachycardia (VT). He had implantation of a dual chamber automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD).
