The patient is status post left mastectomy for breast cancer. An ipsilateral pedicle transverse abdominomyocutaneous (TRAM) flap breast reconstruction was performed. The TRAM flap was elevated off the underlying abdominal wall, leaving the medial and lateral rows of anterior rectus sheath perforators intact on the left side.
