Coding Communication: Bronchoscopy
Two new bronchoscopy codes (31626 and 31627) were added in the CPT 2010 codebook to reflect current technology.
31626Bronchoscopy, rigid or flexible, including fluoroscopic guidance, when performed; with placement of fiducial markers, single or multiple
+31627with computer-assisted, image-guided navigation (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)
